Shorter Rental Agreements:

  • 6 month rental for $100.00 additional rent per month.

  • 3 month rental with air mattress at $200.00 additional rent per month.

  • 2 month rental with air mattress $750.00 per month.

  • 1 month rental with air mattress $900.00.

You are a person Not a number.  We do screen applicants carefully however it is done on a case by case basis.
Your past does not have to equal your future.



APPLICATION FEE: None, unless there is a co-signer. Co-signer is $16.

DEPOSIT:
Deposit equals one month of rent.  Check, Cash or Money Order only for the Deposit.
1/2 of the deposit is required to hold the room for 2 weeks. The other 1/2 will be due on move in.
For analog televisions, a Digital Cable Adaptor is available for $5.00 per month additional and $55.00 deposit.

RENT: We will accept PayPal or a credit card for the first month's rent.
The first month's rent will be prorated for the number of days.
If move-in falls in the last week or two of the month the next month's rent will be due on move-in.
The rent is due on the 25th of the month prior to the month's renting.

ABILITY TO PAY: Earnings or income must equal at least 3 times the amount of rent OR
A qualified co-signer.
Pre-paying the rent.
Other incomes considered.

VERIFICATIONS: These are items that may be required to show citizenship, income and/or ability to pay rent.

            2 recent pay-stubs.
            12 recent Bank Statements that shows regular deposits.
            2 years of tax returns.
            Student stipends or other student statements that show rent allotments.
            Other income verification will be considered.

4. Co-signer Application and Photo ID (if applicable)

3. Credit Check on Applicant and Co-signer (if applicable).
4. Criminal Check (minor vehicle violations do not factor in the decision).
